Kei, the chef
Kei is a chef. Sunny Lab's design post places the introduction in chapter 4 and names anger as the mood around that story. Relationship rank 2 has a Steam achievement. Cooking with Kei, Estelle, or Best is how some recipes unlock, according to the achievement notes.
I do not have a store screenshot that puts Kei's name in the dialogue box, so this page does not invent a face. The design post and the achievement schema are the whole official file. A walkthrough says you train the relationship inside Kei's restaurant. That is a guide's staging, and I keep it labeled as such.
Cooking and the chapter count
Chapter names in a TheGamer achievement guide run to five, while the Steam schema exposes Chapter1 through Chapter4 complete plus a separate GameComplete. Kei's chapter 4 arrival fits the fourth story achievement, The Sculpture in the Furnace, which 1.7 percent of players had on October 17. I am not going to renumber the chapters to force those two lists into one.
