Sunny Lab has not posted a numbered patch-note page for the release build. What exists is a stack of Steam announcements. This log quotes those, newest first, and leaves a blank where a version number would be invented.
The post I would act on is the October 17 Estelle note. If relationshipLevelsLocked is true inside Save.lunne, the romance can stay shut. The file lives at %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Sunny Lab\The Witch's Bakery\GameFiles\Slot_0\Save.lunne. The studio said the next version would fix it. I have not seen that version number yet, so I will not pretend the bug is gone.
