Estelle, the only romance
Sunny Lab's FAQ is blunt: several people can become close friends, and only Estelle can capture Lunne's heart. She enters in chapter 2. Her office is around Grands Boulevards. A walkthrough places her apartment on Rue des Barres. That address is a guide's note, not a studio map label.
The October 17, 2026 Steam post is the reason this page exists beyond the FAQ. Estelle's relationship can lock forever. The temporary fix is to open Save.lunne under AppData\LocalLow\Sunny Lab\The Witch's Bakery\GameFiles\Slot_0 and set relationshipLevelsLocked to false. I am repeating the path because the studio published it. They said the next build would fix it properly.
Ranks, art, and the lock
Achievements run from Estelle Heart 1 through Heart 4. TheGamer's guide, which is a secondary source, says level 4 may be exclusive to the romance route. Her art preference shows up in the same achievement notes. Inside her Heart Palace, a walkthrough describes slider puzzles and a figure of Sadness you can pet. The Sadness achievement, at 18.9 percent, is the pet-five-times goal. I do not have a full map of that palace.

Can the Estelle route lock?
Yes, according to Sunny Lab on October 17, 2026. Their temporary fix edits relationshipLevelsLocked in Save.lunne. They said a later version would repair it.
Are there other romance options?
No. The FAQ says only Estelle. Friendship tracks for the rest of the cast are listed on the romance page.
