Orio, Lunne's familiar
Orio is the small pink familiar who bakes with magic and, in the store art, wears a black witch hat with a tiny pumpkin. Japanese pages write the name オリオ. The Kickstarter described a catlike partner. A species sheet was not published.

Outside the boulangerie, the Steam screenshot gives Orio the only spoken line I am willing to quote: "There's so much stuff to do! We're in Paris! How're we gonna decide??" The loading-screen note from Sunny Lab also puts a chibi Lunne next to Orio. Cleanliness matters in the day-by-day notes from Into Indie Games: if the shop gets too dirty, Orio stops working. That tip is second-hand, and I mark it that way.
Relationship ranks and the kitchen
Steam achievements ACH_REL_OrioHeart2, Heart3, and Heart4 mean the bond is a long track, not a one-scene gag. During recipes, the studio's own description of the minigame puts Orio's magic after the weigh and knead steps and before the oven. Best, Estelle, and Kei are the other names on the "cook together" achievement. Orio is the one who is there by default.
Questions this page answers
Is Orio a cat?
Kickstarter calls Orio a catlike familiar. The game has not published a species name or a gender.
Can Orio stop baking?
A published walkthrough says low cleanliness makes Orio stop production. That claim is not in a Sunny Lab patch note, so treat it as a player guide, not a developer quote.
