Mirembe, IRMA apprentice
Mirembe is the youngest named character with an official age. Sunny Lab's design post says she is 13, studies at IRMA Academy, and interns at Monsieur Ghaldari's magic shop. She is Mawuli's sister.
I matched the design post to a Steam screenshot rather than inventing a face. In the bookshop scene a girl wears a green cap whose badge reads IRMA, standing between Lunne and a white-haired speaker named Arthur. The cap is the link I am willing to make. The post also specifies 1990s sportswear, which is a costume note, not a biography.
The shop and the brother
Ghaldari's shop sits in Passage Verdeau. The in-game map on Steam labels that passage and a quest line that simply says Ghaldari has his shop there. Mirembe's internship is the story reason to be in that room. Her relationship achievement goes to rank 3. Mawuli, 19, is the older brother and has a separate page because his Heart Palace is a different scene.
